Requirements
- Have 8+ years of software engineering experience for Senior, 12+ years for Principal, or 15+ years for Sr. Principal.
- Bring hands-on coding expertise with Python.
- Have deep experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
- Understand distributed systems, scalability, resilience, performance optimization, and security.
- Have delivered high-reliability production systems using CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Have strong system design skills and effective technical communication.
- Kubernetes, microservices architecture, event streaming, or platform engineering experience is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/LLM platforms, agentic systems, or developer platforms is a plus.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-native platforms on AWS.
- Create distributed systems, APIs, event-driven services, and core platform components.
- Drive clean architecture, rigorous testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational best practices.
- Own systems from initial design through production deployment and ongoing operations.
- Mentor fellow engineers and promote technical excellence and best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams and AI specialists to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
