Have several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Independently lead projects from idea through deployment.
Know Google Cloud Platform or another leading public cloud, and be ready to develop GCP skills.
Work confidently with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Design and develop CI/CD processes; GitLab CI experience is preferred.
Have practical experience with Kubernetes and container-based environments.
Know monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki, or equivalent tools.
Understand computer networking and be able to support network infrastructure development.
Work effectively with AI tools, particularly agent-based approaches.
Communicate fluently in Polish and English.

Create infrastructure templates and standards for common developer needs, including new services and Cloud Run projects.
Develop and maintain the observability stack using Loki, Grafana, and Prometheus, and optimize cloud resource use and costs on GCP.
Maintain and develop self-hosted internal tools, including NocoDB, n8n, and Outline.
Support Data Engineering and Data Science infrastructure, including Airflow, forecasting pipelines, and servers for ML.
Manage darkstore network infrastructure, CCTV, receipt printers, and handheld devices in collaboration with the IT Manager.
Build and maintain on-premises infrastructure for ML servers, resource-intensive workloads, and mobile-project CI/CD runners.
Maintain and improve GitLab CI/CD processes and developer experience.
Build infrastructure for AI solutions, including autonomous agents, Slack bots, code-review agents, and remote coding agents.
Develop SRE practices for alerting and incident reporting and response using PagerDuty and Slack; support outages and capture lessons learned.
