Have strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
Have a deep practical understanding of Kubernetes infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Have experience with cluster lifecycle management and production upgrades.
Have strong Linux administration skills.
Have experience owning production systems and resolving complex incidents.
Understand Kubernetes Operators, controllers, and CRDs.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
Have a good understanding of observability, monitoring, and production reliability.
Be able to work independently and take technical ownership.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Talos Linux experience is desirable.
Experience with bare-metal or self-managed Kubernetes, GPU-enabled Kubernetes, NVIDIA technologies, vLLM or other model-serving technologies, or AI/ML infrastructure is desirable.

Operate and continuously improve a production-grade Kubernetes platform.
Take end-to-end ownership of selected platform components.
Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes infrastructure and production issues, including problems with nodes, pods, Operators, CRDs, controllers, and reconciliation.
Restore production services, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements to prevent recurring incidents.
Plan and perform safe rolling upgrades of Kubernetes clusters and platform components.
Support reliable operation of GPU-enabled infrastructure for LLM inference and model serving.
Work with technologies including NVIDIA NIM and vLLM.
Improve automation, observability, and operational processes.
Create reusable platform patterns and clear interfaces for product teams.
Work with engineers, infrastructure teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to maintain security and data residency standards.
