Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or a comparable technical environment.
- Bring practical experience with cloud environments and Linux systems.
- Have experience with Azure, Ansible, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Understand distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Understand automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Have experience with Docker and modern CI/CD solutions.
- Have hands-on experience monitoring and operating production systems with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalent tools.
- Have a structured, proactive approach and focus on ownership, reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Have very good English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate reliable cloud infrastructure and a configuration management ecosystem for development, testing, and production environments.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to enable fast, secure, and predictable software releases.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for engineering teams.
- Monitor platform stability, performance, and operational visibility using monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Support platform services, integrations, and event-driven components.
- Apply secure operational practices, including secrets management, to protect infrastructure, services, and sensitive data.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve automation, reliability, and the platform experience.
