Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ travel preferences and create personalized resort and cruise experiences.
- Stay current on resort and cruise travel trends and share relevant knowledge with clients.
- Build customized vacation packages with resort stays, cruises, onshore activities, dining, and other trip elements.
- Manage reservations for cruises, resort accommodations, transfers, and shore excursions.
- Resolve travel challenges with timely, creative solutions.
- Recommend enhancements and distinctive experiences for resort stays and cruise trips.
