Requirements
- Have customer service, retail, or e-commerce experience, especially in a virtual setting.
- Bring a resourceful, curious approach to investigating issues.
- Be comfortable picking up new software quickly.
- Have clear, friendly written and verbal communication.
- Be organized and able to juggle several things at once.
- Have experience working remotely as part of a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a closely-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with order fulfillment, including purchasing rewards, troubleshooting technical and vendor issues, record keeping, and ongoing customer support.
- Source client rewards from around the world to build out marketplaces.
- Maintain and update existing client rewards in the database.
- Work with Support to respond to reward-related issues.
- Support Finance with managing and maintaining client reward budgets.
- Monitor marketplace items and experiences to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Customer Success team.
