Requirements
- Have 5+ years of California employment litigation experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to draft motions, mediation briefs, discovery, and related documents.
- Apply strong deadline discipline.
- Be self-directed and able to work with minimal oversight.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A paralegal certificate is preferred.
- Prior remote-work experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys across active caseloads.
- Draft and prepare motions, mediation briefs, discovery requests, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
- Manage deadlines and coordinate filings.
- Organize and maintain case files, records, and client communications in cloud-based systems.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.
- Manage multiple cases using a project-manager mindset.
