Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, spoken and written, at C1/C2 level; native speakers are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows PCs, Outlook email, web browsers, and the internet.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Be able to work rotational shifts.
- Have internet with 20 Mbps upload and download.
- Have power backup, such as a UPS, inverter, or generator.
- Provide proof of internet service provider and proof of address for courier purposes when applying.
- Have strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Be results-driven and target-oriented.
- Be self-motivated, energetic, and confident.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to existing customers.
- Retain customers considering leaving and sell additional products and services.
- Explain the value of products and services to customers.
- Build customer relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Keep customer databases and client records up to date.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
