Requirements
- Have a proven track record in sales, lead conversion, or customer service; healthcare or service-industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Bring strong persuasion and negotiation skills and a consultative approach.
- Be familiar with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
- Be able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Have an empathetic, patient-focused mindset.
- Be comfortable working toward KPIs and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from website forms, booking requests, and other channels.
- Engage potential patients by phone, email, and messaging to understand their needs and guide them toward booking.
- Explain services, treatment options, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Address objections and provide reassurance to build trust and confidence.
- Secure confirmed bookings and enter data accurately into the scheduling system.
- Follow up on unconfirmed leads to improve conversion rates.
- Track and manage leads through CRM tools and maintain detailed interaction records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion goals, report metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate booked-patient handovers with marketing and clinical teams and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
