Requirements

- Be proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST API.
- Have extensive experience with Elementor and other major page builders.
- Understand WordPress security, performance tuning, and caching.
- Be able to create pixel-perfect layouts from Figma designs.
- Have experience with accessibility, including ADA and WCAG, and responsive design.
- Be familiar with Git, cPanel, and deployment pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites from concept through deployment.
- Build responsive, pixel-perfect websites from Figma designs.
- Customize and extend themes using Elementor and other page builders.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Implement security measures and manage WordPress updates and backups.
- Ensure websites meet ADA and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Configure and manage caching solutions such as WP Rocket and W3TC.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end and back-end issues.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers.
