Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of sales experience.
- Have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience.
- Bring solid outbound sales experience.
- Have a proven track record in sales training, coaching, and scaling remote sales agents.
- Understand virtual collaboration tools and CRMs, such as Salesforce, Go High Level, and Aircall.
- Have deep expertise in outbound strategy, customer retention, and cash collection.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal English for video or live coaching.
- Be willing to work weekends and Philippine holidays.
- Be able to support teams working across AU and UK time zones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Set data-driven goals and KPIs, and update C-level leadership on progress and course corrections.
- Recruit, onboard, and scale a global team of remote sales agents.
- Build performance management frameworks and deliver virtual coaching, training, and feedback.
- Drive new client acquisition and coach the team to sell a high-price-point product.
- Oversee cancellation-save efforts and manage the remote cash collections process.
- Analyze pipeline health, agent performance, collection rates, and churn drivers using CRM dashboards and data tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly leadership reporting, forecasts, and performance insights.
