- Have experience at a leading technology, research, or quantitative firm.
- Demonstrate strong command of Python and SQL.
- Have experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation.
- Have strong written communication skills.
- Be detail-oriented and consistent when evaluating complex work.
- Be comfortable receiving feedback and calibrating judgment against established standards.
Responsibilities
- Design task-specific grading criteria for exploratory data analyses, statistical modeling work, machine learning pipelines, and A/B test write-ups.
- Evaluate AI-generated or human-created work against established criteria.
- Provide written justifications for evaluations and scores.
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so assessments are reproducible and defensible.
- Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate on submitted work.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
