Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience developing data science products from initial research through production deployment.
- Demonstrate strong coding skills and write clean, reproducible, well-tested code.
- Be proficient in Python, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker, and SQL.
- Have hands-on experience with algorithms for sparse and large datasets, including prediction, clustering, and outlier detection.
- Have previous experience in Ad-Tech.
- Have a good understanding of dashboards and SQL for developing and enhancing monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Gradient Boosting Trees, including CatBoost or LightGBM, in production is a plus.
- Experience building neural network-based products for classification, regression, or multi-task learning is valuable.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and large-scale optimization problems is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Improve existing models by adding features, fine-tuning parameters, and incorporating additional data.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineering to develop and deploy scalable supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Identify and explore new data sources and ways to use new and existing data.
- Investigate machine-learning solutions to optimize the value chain.
- Conduct and evaluate A/B tests to generate insights and refine strategies.
