Requirements
- Have 3+ years of management experience, including team leadership and cross-functional project coordination.
- Have a strong background in HR and a good understanding of HR processes.
- Have experience integrating data from HRIS, ATS, payroll, and LMS systems.
- Have strong experience in People Analytics and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Have experience with statistical and predictive modeling using Python or R.
- Have experience with system integrations, APIs, webhooks, automation tools, and AI/Copilot solutions.
- Have experience with workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and skills gap analysis.
- Have expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, process mapping, RACI matrix design, and establishing audit-ready SOPs before system automation.
- Be able to translate data and technology initiatives into ROI-driven business cases, with understanding of P&L impacts and org-design metrics.
- Have upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Knowledge of international data protection requirements, RBAC, data categorization, and auditing of sensitive HR data is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a global People Data Warehouse that integrates HR data from different systems.
- Own the HR technology roadmap and integrate AI tools, Copilots, and low-code automations.
- Build executive dashboards and predictive models to support data-backed decisions.
- Design multi-year workforce capacity and headcount forecasting models.
- Improve and standardize HR processes across teams, including SOP and RACI frameworks.
- Manage the department budget and lead vendor selection and procurement.
- Negotiate global contracts and service-level agreements.
- Lead a cross-functional team and partner with C-level executives, Finance, IT, and HR leaders.
