Requirements
- Have solid full-stack experience shipping production web applications end to end.
- Have hands-on experience with Angular, NestJS, and Postgres, or the proven ability to ramp into them quickly.
- Be prepared to do regular full-stack work in the core stack.
- Demonstrate strong software fundamentals, including clean code, testing, code review, and Git workflows.
- Bring a bias to ship and comfort with ambiguity on a small, fast-moving team.
- Be collaborative and ownership-driven, and willing to work across the stack and product.
- Have English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
- Be currently residing in LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Build features end to end across the Angular, NestJS, and Postgres stack, covering frontend, backend, and APIs.
- Take work from scoping through shipping, testing, and iteration based on real feedback.
- Contribute across the codebase wherever the team needs a versatile generalist.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and help raise engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering.
- Build responsibly with sensitive health data, with HIPAA awareness.
