Requirements
- Have hands-on experience with Angular, NestJS, and Postgres, or a proven ability to ramp into them quickly.
- Have hands-on experience building LLM applications, including agents, RAG, prompt/context engineering, and APIs.
- Be able to ship AI features end to end and contribute to general full-stack work.
- Bring a product mindset and care about how real users experience AI.
- Have an instinct for AI safety, reliability, and evaluation.
- Have English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
- Bonus: experience with conversational or voice AI, fine-tuning and evaluations, healthcare or safety-critical AI, or MCP.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-powered features and agents using prompting, RAG, tool use, and orchestration.
- Design guardrails and escalation flows that keep the product safe, maintain the non-medical line, and hand off to humans when needed.
- Build evaluations that measure conversation quality, tone, and safety.
- Ship AI features end to end in the Angular, NestJS, and Postgres stack, from the model layer to the user-facing experience.
- Iterate quickly based on real usage and own AI features from prototype to production.
- Handle sensitive health data responsibly with HIPAA awareness.
