Requirements
- Have at least 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role in a high-volume environment.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a similar relevant field, or have equivalent work experience.
- Have experience with full-cycle recruiting, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Be familiar with social media, CV databases, professional networks such as LinkedIn, HR databases, ATS, and CMS.
- Have MS Office application and Excel skills.
- Be able to manage multiple internal clients simultaneously.
- Warehousing, supply chain, or industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.
- ADP ATS experience is preferred.
- HRCI or SHRM certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish candidate selection criteria.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Research labor markets and compensation to help determine competitive salary ranges.
- Build applicant pipelines through sourcing strategies, employer branding, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Source and screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate references and pre-employment screening.
- Assess candidate information and provide hiring managers with advice during selection.
- Train and mentor managers and hiring managers in interviewing, recruiting methods, and recruiting tools.
- Prepare documented recruiting reports for recordkeeping and key stakeholders.
- Monitor recruitment and retention trends and best practices.
