Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Have strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Be comfortable using remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop.
- Have working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Have experience troubleshooting printers, VPNs, networking issues, and firewalls.
- Communicate clearly in verbal and written interactions.
- Be self-starting, organized, and able to stay composed under pressure.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Jira is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, VPNs, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot system errors and outages.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and device configurations.
- Monitor and support cybersecurity tools, patch updates, and backups.
- Document resolutions, create internal knowledge base articles, and keep logs updated.
- Work with the Support Lead and other departments to solve issues and improve operations.
- Stay up to date on IT trends and bring proactive solutions.
