Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree.
- Have experience in healthcare advertising; 3+ years of healthcare advertising experience is preferred.
- Be proficient with computers and knowledgeable about design programs.
- Demonstrate managerial and leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.
- Provide a comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities and work in high-science pharma categories.
- Bring effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate decisive problem-solving abilities.
- Be highly organized and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that meet client marketing strategies and objectives.
- Maintain understanding of client positioning and the current marketing environment.
- Oversee a team to ensure quality of the final product.
- Communicate with team members to ensure goals are being met.
- Think strategically about assigned accounts, medical categories, and markets.
