Requirements
- Have 8+ years of relevant professional experience; experience in product management, engineering or other roles building relevant skills is valued.
- Bring a strong technical background and comfort working with platforms, API specifications and data rather than focusing on user interface design.
- Have experience in healthcare, ideally healthcare SaaS or health technology.
- Have working knowledge of SQL, Python and JSON.
- Be able to analyze data to answer product and business questions.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and comfort working with AI-forward products; production coding is not required.
- Be able to work with internal teams and customers, including customers who use metrics and reports rather than a user interface.
- Have experience writing detailed product requirements and reviewing technical design documents.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
- Bring strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Experience with Databricks is preferred.
- Clinical or healthcare training or exposure, such as nursing, medical school or a biomedical background, is preferred.
- Radiology exposure is helpful but not required.
- Experience at a large technology company is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams and customers to understand clinical and business needs and translate them into product direction.
- Own the product vision and roadmap, expanding existing products and supporting new ones.
- Work with Engineering and AI teams to design and deliver platform capabilities and API specifications.
- Write detailed product requirements and maintain traceability of stakeholder requirements across product releases.
- Review specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify product gaps and use them to inform an overarching product vision.
- Define success metrics and customer reporting that demonstrate measurable product impact.
- Use AI tools, including AI-assisted prototyping, in discovery, analysis and delivery.
- Champion planning, documentation, development, testing and delivery practices across teams.
- Communicate product priorities, progress, risks and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership.
