Requirements
- Have 10+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
- Have a track record of leading work spanning multiple product areas.
- Provide a strong portfolio and/or case studies showing design craft and quantified impact across multiple product areas or platform-wide systems.
- Demonstrate deep interaction and visual design skills.
- Use AI tools regularly in design practice, such as Cursor or Figma Make, and have shipped work attributable to them.
- Have experience mentoring designers formally and informally.
- Have experience partnering with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, ambiguous initiatives spanning multiple product areas from problem framing through launch and iteration.
- Set interaction patterns and visual systems that other designers and teams build on.
- Meet and engage with strategic customers to bring customer perspectives and product data into product decisions.
- Use AI tools throughout the design process and define new ways of working.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technology, and give back to the community.
- Ship code to production across the design system, web products, and mobile apps.
- Set the bar for design quality through building and shipping.
