Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector.
- Have a record of supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
- Be proficient in English and German; additional European languages are preferred.
- Engage technical teams, including architects and developers, as well as C-suite executives such as CIOs and CDOs.
- Bring hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Have experience with ROI-based solutioning.
- Use storytelling and presentation skills suited to diverse corporate environments.
- Manage multiple strategic deals with strong organizational skills.
- Be willing to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
- Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platform experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies is preferred.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing.
- Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align Quantum Metric’s platform with business outcomes.
- Lead complex proof-of-concepts, define success criteria, and quantify business value.
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to support post-sales onboarding.
- Support RFP responses.
- Provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
