Requirements
- Have 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Demonstrate deep proficiency in Golang and Node.js.
- Understand SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Have skills in API development and integration patterns.
- Be proficient in Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative coding practices.
- Have practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, and S3.
- Advocate for secure, performant, and maintainable software.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and optimize backend services using Golang and Node.js.
- Design, build, and maintain REST APIs for integrations across products, platforms, and teams.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Marketing to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Apply AWS best practices for scalable deployments, security, and cost optimization.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and reviews within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Identify and address technical debt to support system stability and scalability.
- Document solutions and share knowledge across the team.
