Requirements
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in backend development with Python, Go, or Rust.
- Have experience building and deploying systems on AWS infrastructure.
- Understand relational databases, including PostgreSQL.
- Understand NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Have problem-solving skills and technical communication ability.
- WebAssembly experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with vector databases is a bonus.
- Previous startup or early-stage company experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems and design and implement high-performance backend infrastructure.
- Build cloud-native solutions using AWS services, including Amplify, LightSail, and Fargate.
- Manage data architecture across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases.
- Collaborate with the founding engineering team to ship product features.
- Contribute to product strategy and technical direction.
