Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience working directly with Windows servers.
- Have strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong documentation abilities and attention to technical detail.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Be able to work remotely and collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and project teams.
- Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus.
- Previous data center or IT infrastructure migration experience is an advantage.
- Project coordination experience is desirable.
- MCSE certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis, application mapping, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues in Windows Server environments.
- Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis for project planning and execution.
- Map applications and document infrastructure components, configurations, and project activities.
- Coordinate technical activities and follow-ups across project services, operations teams, and relevant stakeholders.
- Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including data center and server-related activities where applicable.
- Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation throughout project delivery.
- Communicate technical information, project updates, issues, and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
