At least five years of relevant professional experience, excluding educational programs and internships.
Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible and AWX for infrastructure automation and lifecycle management.
Strong Bash and Python scripting skills, including the ability to develop automation scripts independently.
Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and administration.
Solid understanding of database technologies and networking fundamentals.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into operational workflows.
Ability to document technical environments, configurations, and implementation procedures clearly and consistently.
Strong problem-solving skills and an independent, structured approach to technical work.
A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and commitment to completing tasks from planning through completion.
Ability and motivation to train, onboard, and support colleagues while sharing technical expertise.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Willingness to participate in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Manage and improve infrastructure lifecycle automation using Ansible and AWX.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including integration of existing external automation solutions.
Manage defined automation tasks independently from planning through implementation and completion.
Develop and maintain Bash and Python scripts to automate recurring tasks and streamline operations.
Document infrastructure environments, systems, configurations, and implementation procedures before making changes.
Design and document automation and network environments for internal initiatives and customer projects.
Support infrastructure operations across Linux and Windows systems, databases, and networking environments.
Identify improvements to configurations, automation workflows, technical standards, and infrastructure quality.
Train and onboard colleagues, share technical knowledge, and support team development.
Participate in a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
