Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Have at least five years of progressively responsible experience delivering business transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Bring experience with Quote-to-Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Configure-Price-Quote processes.
- Have experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and .NET/C# in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrate ability to design scalable, secure, high-performance architectures for custom development, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
- Have hands-on experience developing REST and SOAP API integrations and connecting CRM platforms with external enterprise systems.
- Understand secure coding standards, performance optimization, version control, branching strategies, and code review practices.
- Have experience using Git and Bitbucket, Jira for agile project delivery, and Confluence for architecture and technical documentation.
- Have experience with data architecture, including data mapping and loading across enterprise systems.
- Be familiar with regulatory and data protection standards such as GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA.
- Be able to collaborate with customers, prospects, sales teams, and technical stakeholders and translate complex requirements into solution strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design robust, scalable, secure, high-performance technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles and customer requirements.
- Lead and support initiatives to optimize revenue lifecycle processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Deliver and enhance end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations using Salesforce CRM and related technologies.
- Assess Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote, and Quote-to-Cash environments and define modernization and integration opportunities.
- Define technical architectures for custom applications, platform configurations, and API-driven integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#.
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations between CRM platforms and external enterprise systems.
- Contribute to data architecture, data mapping, and data loading across upstream and downstream systems.
- Conduct code reviews, support performance optimization, and maintain secure coding and platform standards.
- Use Git and Bitbucket for version control, Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking, and Confluence for technical documentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams, prospects, customers, and technical stakeholders to define solution scope, architectures, and Statements of Work.
