Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent.
- Have five years of progressively responsible experience delivering business transformation in enterprise environments.
- Have experience optimizing revenue lifecycle processes, operational efficiency, and costs.
- Have experience leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations and enhancements.
- Have experience with Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, and .NET (C#) in complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Have experience conducting CLM, CPQ, and QTC assessments for legacy systems.
- Have experience with CRM/ERP integrations across upstream and downstream systems.
- Be able to design robust, scalable, secure, high-performance technical solutions.
- Have experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and secure coding standards.
- Have experience building REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Have experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
- Have experience with data architecture, including data mapping and loading.
- Have experience ensuring compliance with GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA standards.
- Have experience collaborating with sales teams and customers to define solutions and scope and create Statements of Work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver configurable and customized applications using Conga products and platform.
- Lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations and enhancements in complex enterprise environments.
- Assess legacy CLM, CPQ, and QTC systems and their CRM/ERP integrations.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Define technical architecture for custom development, API-driven integrations, and platform configurations.
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#.
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
- Apply version control and branching strategies using Git and Bitbucket.
- Manage project delivery with Jira and maintain architecture and technical design documentation in Confluence.
- Conduct code reviews and collaborate with sales teams and customers to define solutions, scope, and Statements of Work.
