Requirements

  • Have extensive experience in SaaS product management, ideally in finance software such as accounting, procurement, invoicing, payments, or expense management.
  • Understand finance workflows, customer needs, and operational challenges faced by businesses using financial software.
  • Have experience developing and scaling AI-powered products or AI-native capabilities from discovery through implementation and commercialization.
  • Understand reliable AI agent integration, intelligent automation, and practical applications of emerging AI technologies in business software.
  • Demonstrate success implementing SaaS product-led growth strategies with measurable improvements in activation, adoption, monetization, or retention.
  • Have experience leading larger product management teams and developing product managers and product owners.
  • Have experience defining platform strategies, managing cloud transformations, and overseeing post-merger integrations across complex product portfolios.
  • Bring strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Have stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging and influencing C-level executives and investors.
  • Have business-level fluency in English and be able to communicate product strategies across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a portfolio of finance and ERP software solutions.
  • Lead the consolidation, modernization, and transition of products from on-premise environments to cloud platforms.
  • Embed product-led growth throughout the product lifecycle and improve activation, adoption, monetization, and retention.
  • Oversee development and commercialization of AI-native capabilities and agentic workflows.
  • Guide the integration of intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities into finance software products.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and product owners.
  • Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into product decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive platform strategy and coordinate cloud transformation and post-merger integration initiatives.
  • Align product priorities with business goals and communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
