Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager.
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and Brazilian Tax Reform projects.
- Experience managing at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Advanced knowledge and practical application of the SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience managing SAP project planning, budgets, resources, risks, governance, and delivery.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA conversion processes and coordinating technical and functional teams through conversion.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM for project planning, monitoring, and delivery management.
- Understanding of services-sector business processes and translating operational requirements into technology solutions.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects or workstreams while meeting deadlines and maintaining delivery quality.
- Strong communication, leadership, team management, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Nice to have: SAP Activate certification, PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification, and advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and Brazilian Tax Reform projects.
- Apply SAP Activate to structure project phases, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Define and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and performance indicators.
- Gather, document, and map business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Coordinate SAP consultants, IT analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage SAP S/4HANA integrations with existing enterprise systems and platforms.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, deviations, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, issues, and constraints.
- Oversee end-user training, change adoption, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
- Use project management tools and SAP Cloud ALM for planning, monitoring, issue management, and governance.
