Requirements

  • Have 1–4 years of work experience in a restaurant or hospitality role as an AGM, single-site GM, or similar.
  • Be excited to learn, figure things out, ask questions, and be open to coaching.
  • Be willing to travel and visit kitchens across the UK.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and enjoy meeting new people.
  • Be based in London or Birmingham.

Responsibilities

  • Train new franchisees to cook the company's brands.
  • Have commercial conversations with franchisees to help them grow their business.
  • Run regular on-site checks and help kitchens cook more accurately and to better standards.
  • Work with teams and managers in partner kitchens to improve their operational and commercial performance.
  • Manage a cluster of 30+ kitchen partners, owning their growth trajectory and week-to-week performance.
  • Support partners hands-on in the kitchen and solve site issues as they arise.
