Requirements
- Bring extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management.
- Demonstrate success managing complex, multi-site operations.
- Show the ability to lead large, matrixed teams and develop high-performing leaders across diverse markets.
- Have strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Use data-driven performance management.
- Have executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bring experience engaging C-suite hospital and health system leaders.
- Demonstrate change-management and process-improvement capabilities.
- Be able to drive operational transformation at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations across multiple radiology practices in hospital and outpatient settings.
- Ensure strong clinical performance, operational efficiency, and financial results.
- Serve as a senior operational partner to physician leadership, local practice boards, and client health system executives through a dyad leadership model.
- Own regional P&L performance, driving productivity, cost discipline, growth initiatives, and margin improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop Practice Directors and operational leaders across a broad geography.
- Ensure consistency and accountability across regional operations.
- Partner with sales and business development to support market expansion, client retention, and new growth opportunities.
