Requirements
- Have 5+ years of proven work experience as a Business Developer.
- Bring a hunter mentality and a history of bringing quality clients through business development.
- Have excellent knowledge of an area of expertise, including market status, trends, and best practices.
- Have solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
- Demonstrate data-driven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to set priorities, act proactively, and show initiative.
- Experience in a recruitment company is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop the business by bringing in quality clients.
- Partner with customers to understand their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
- Source and recruit clients using databases, social media, and other methods.
- Guide clients through the negotiation process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to company development and change management.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Manage a team of sourcers and salespeople if demonstrated performance supports it.
