Requirements
- Have built an actual tool or product using AI, such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar; a tutorial or prompt collection does not meet this requirement.
- Demonstrate a bias toward taking action and moving quickly.
- Learn quickly and work out unfamiliar tasks independently, without hand-holding.
- Write clearly and quickly.
- Use good judgment to prioritize what matters.
- Preferred: Have exposure to B2B go-to-market, sales operations, or startup environments.
- Preferred: Be comfortable with Clay, Notion, Make/Zapier, HubSpot, or equivalent tools, or be able to learn them quickly.
- Preferred: Follow the US startup ecosystem, including familiarity with YC, pre-seed, and founder-led sales.
Responsibilities
- Build outreach campaigns, conduct lead research, and support pipeline operations and follow-up systems.
- Build and automate internal processes for a small team.
- Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and client or prospect research.
- Draft content, decks, and summaries for the founder.
- Take on ad hoc projects based on the company's current needs.
