Requirements
- Enjoy working with people and handling many client calls in a day.
- Adapt quickly to new clients, businesses, and problems.
- Take responsibility and provide clients with an independent point of view.
- Understand marketing as a system spanning content, positioning, funnels, CRM, and lead generation.
- Advise entrepreneurs and experienced leaders as a peer, including challenging their assumptions.
- Be curious about AI and automation and experiment with ways to improve and speed up work.
- Be willing to join the team as an employee; this is not a freelancer position.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients regularly in calls and develop their personal brands with them.
- Identify stories, topics, and positioning with potential.
- Develop LinkedIn strategies focused on reach, trust, leads, and business impact.
- Build content systems and marketing funnels across LinkedIn, email, and CRM.
- Train marketing teams in copywriting, storytelling, and modern marketing processes.
- Challenge clients rather than simply implementing their requests.
- Monitor developments in LinkedIn, marketing, and AI and apply relevant trends to client projects.
