- Have experience building with Shopware 6 or Magento 2.
- Have at least some experience publishing content about computer programming-related topics.
- Have strong English writing and speaking skills.
- Have strong German writing and speaking skills.
- Be able to explain technical topics in clear and simple words.
- Have familiarity with, or interest in, AI-assisted or agentic development workflows.
- Have residency and work authorization in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Research PHP, Magento, or Shopware performance topics and analyze aggregated performance data for insights.
- Produce content about PHP, performance, profiling, and Tideways for blog posts, videos, podcasts, webinars, or conferences.
- Work with performance experts and PHP language developers to gather shareable knowledge.
- Work with the marketing team to improve how Tideways is presented from a developer perspective.
- Teach customers about Tideways and analyze performance with them in onboarding workshops.
- Prepare presentations for webinars and talks, and optionally present the content.
- Represent Tideways in social media, chat groups, and forums for the PHP community.
- Write Tideways documentation, guides, and tutorials based on customer feedback.
- Build and work on tooling that helps produce programming content consistently.
