Requirements
- Have prior corporate travel experience.
- Have experience in operations, process improvement, project management, consulting, or program management.
- Have experience designing and documenting requirements, processes, workflows, and scope of services.
- Have knowledge of GDS Amadeus.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Have experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrate communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify business requirements and design processes aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Partner with Operations to identify servicing needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend future-state solutions that align operational capabilities with business needs.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service consistency, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Support implementation of new technologies, operational initiatives, and service model changes.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to support operational readiness for technology initiatives.
- Support testing, adoption planning, communications, training, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Assist with organizational change initiatives, transformation efforts, and operational improvement programs.
