Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least 1 year of industrial sales experience in repair services.
- Bring experience selling repair services in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components; this experience is preferred.
- Be able to establish and maintain business relationships.
- Have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Have computer proficiency.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Be able to drive to customer visits.
- Be able to stand and walk throughout the day in industrial settings.
- Be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Be available for overnight travel when required.
- A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering, or a two-year technical degree, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to create a sales plan and develop a prospect list to capture new business.
- Qualify leads and make cold calls.
- Deliver sales presentations.
- Write quotations and close sales.
- Use tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet sales goals.
