Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Have substantial professional experience in mechanical design, product development, manufacturing, or engineering analysis.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of mechanical systems, engineering materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Be proficient with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, CATIA, or Siemens NX.
- Be able to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design requirements.
- Have experience performing engineering calculations and validating design decisions.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to technical detail.
- Be able to document engineering workflows and explain technical decisions clearly.
- Have strong written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic mechanical engineering tasks based on product development, manufacturing, and industrial engineering workflows.
- Create and review 2D technical drawings, 3D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering specifications.
- Develop tasks involving mechanical design, materials selection, tolerance analysis, and component optimization.
- Prepare and validate engineering calculations, including stress, strain, forces, thermal behavior, and mechanical performance.
- Work with simulation outputs such as finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), or manufacturing simulations.
- Identify design inconsistencies, incorrect assumptions, manufacturing constraints, and potential engineering failures.
- Create reference solutions with traceable calculations, technical explanations, and clearly justified assumptions.
- Review AI-generated engineering outputs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with technical contributors to establish reproducible tasks and objective evaluation criteria.
