Have at least five years of professional experience in technical project management, delivery management, or a closely related role.
Demonstrate success building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders in client-facing environments, consulting engagements, or technology delivery teams.
Have practical experience managing Agile delivery processes, including backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and project status reporting.
Have working knowledge of data and analytics concepts, such as data pipelines, reporting systems, and dashboards.
Be able to understand technical requirements, assess estimates, and support delivery planning.
Have excellent written and verbal English proficiency for daily collaboration with international clients and distributed teams.
Bring strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Be able to manage competing priorities, anticipate risks, and adapt to evolving business requirements.
Nice to have: experience as a consultant or embedded team member through a staff augmentation model.
Nice to have: experience managing data teams, data platforms, data strategy, data governance, or business intelligence projects.
Nice to have: project management or Agile certifications such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Nice to have: experience in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing.

Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution for data strategy and analytics initiatives.
Translate business priorities and stakeholder requirements into prioritized backlogs, deliverables, and plans for technical teams.
Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication, reporting, risk management, and follow-through.
Facilitate Agile planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide regular project status updates and delivery reports to client stakeholders and internal teams.
Identify blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks, escalating issues with practical options and recommendations.
Manage project scope, stakeholder expectations, and change requests.
Represent the consulting team in client meetings and align business needs with technical execution.
Coordinate distributed teams across functions, locations, and time zones.
