Requirements
- Have meaningful experience in creator strategy, influencer management, social content, fashion, beauty, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing.
- Bring a strong network, or demonstrate the ability to build one, within the LATAM creator, fashion, or beauty ecosystem.
- Have excellent creative judgment and a clear understanding of platform-native content.
- Have experience taking campaigns or content programs from idea through execution and analysis.
- Balance creator authenticity, brand goals, audience behavior, and commercial performance.
- Use independence and judgment to build in an environment where processes and answers are not already established.
- Be fluent in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Build Terrific’s creator and influencer network across LATAM, initially focused on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and adjacent categories.
- Identify and develop relationships with relevant brands, creators, agencies, communities, and cultural partners.
- Create content and creator strategy for Terrific’s fashion and beauty work.
- Develop original concepts, hooks, briefs, scripts, storytelling frameworks, and campaign ideas.
- Build repeatable formats, creative playbooks, templates, and best practices.
- Track emerging creators, consumer behaviors, products, aesthetics, platforms, and content formats.
- Analyze why content performs and turn learnings into stronger creative systems.
- Bring creator, brand, and audience insights into product and commercial decisions.
- Take increasing ownership of a creator-led fashion initiative as it develops.
