Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Have at least 7 years of experience in joinery and fit-out.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a production management role.
- Have good knowledge of finishing materials and modern joinery and fit-out techniques.
- Have experience in production management, quantity analysis, and cost control.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have strong leadership and team management skills.
- Have planning, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have technical skills with AutoCAD, PolyBoard, OptiNest, CutList Plus, ArtCAM, WoodWOP, MS Office, and ERP.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee production and manufacturing operations for joinery and fit-out projects.
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure compliance with working drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with design, technical office, and procurement teams on material availability and technical details.
- Oversee CNC machining, pressing, edging, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Follow up on material submittals and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain periodic production performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze production performance, implement corrective actions, and minimize delays and cost deviations.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues affecting production.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards throughout production.
