Job Details

Languages: Very good knowledge of English and German (B2); both languages will be verified during recruitment.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, Compliance or a related field.

Have at least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, Compliance or a related area.
Have good knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations and industry best practices.
Have experience analyzing security controls, risks and vulnerabilities.
Know Third-Party Risk Management or Vendor Risk Management processes and methodologies.
Have strong analytical and communication skills.
Be able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
Have very good English and German language skills at B2 level; both languages will be verified during recruitment.
A degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field is an advantage.
CISSP, CISM, CRISC or CISA certifications are desirable.
Experience with OneTrust GRC and knowledge of Power BI are desirable.

Monitor the changing cyber threat landscape and identify emerging risks.
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for internal teams, suppliers and other third parties.
Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation.
Maintain the central risk register for reporting and risk management.
Document and analyze the maturity of cybersecurity controls.
Maintain and develop the framework for measuring security-control effectiveness.
Administer tools supporting Governance, Risk & Assurance processes, including GRC and Vendor Risk Management systems.
Advise internal stakeholders on cybersecurity risks and ways to mitigate them.
