Requirements
- Have experience in Cyber Security or Database Security.
- Be able to analyze security alerts and identify suspicious activities.
- Have good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Understand access management and privileged accounts.
- Know database security concepts.
- Understand Risk & Compliance and security controls.
- Know data security regulations and requirements, particularly GDPR, DORA, and PCI DSS.
- Have English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Experience with Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), particularly IBM Guardium or similar tools, is preferred.
- Knowledge of detection mechanisms and monitoring rule creation is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, or SOAR solutions is preferred.
- Experience automating security-related processes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze security alerts and identify suspicious activity within databases.
- Investigate SQL logs and assess potential security risks.
- Monitor user activity and privileged accounts.
- Assess risks related to database security.
- Support the implementation and improvement of security controls.
- Support compliance with requirements related to GDPR, DORA, and PCI DSS.
- Create and develop security monitoring and detection rules.
- Support the automation of security monitoring and analysis processes.
