Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, or Threat Hunting.
- Bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR technologies and Entra ID.
- Have strong knowledge of Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Demonstrate proficiency in KQL query development and security event analysis.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Servers, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Identity, and Security Copilot.
- Investigate and respond to cyber security incidents across endpoint, identity, email, server, and cloud environments.
- Conduct proactive threat hunting using Advanced Hunting and KQL.
- Develop and optimize detections, playbooks, and operational procedures.
- Support vulnerability management and remediation activities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to Cyber Security Analysts.
- Use Microsoft Security Copilot to enhance investigation and reporting efficiency.
