Requirements
- Have experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Have worked with the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
- Have experience managing user permissions, access groups, and technical accounts.
- Be able to analyze access and recommend security measures.
- Be comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Have experience leading workshops and discussions with stakeholders.
- Know the Mainframe environment and/or RACF.
- Have participated in creating or developing Microsoft Copilot use cases, particularly for IAM, data access, or Mainframe environments.
- Be able to manage tasks independently and work in a project environment.
- Have very good English skills (minimum B2/C1).
Responsibilities
- Analyze users’ access to applications and systems.
- Identify excessive, inactive, or unnecessary permissions.
- Prepare recommendations for access changes.
- Collaborate with application owners, business teams, and IT teams.
- Coordinate application onboarding to SailPoint IIQ.
- Support the organization of access groups, user accounts, and technical accounts.
- Work with IAM and RACF experts to analyze access and risks.
- Identify risks and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.
