Requirements
- Have at least 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including work as a Technical Architect or Tech Lead.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce DX.
- Have experience designing and managing managed packages.
- Have experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, such as Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Have practical skills designing end-to-end solutions, including data modeling, integrations, security, and scalability.
- Have experience building REST/SOAP integrations and proficiency with the MuleSoft platform.
- Have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Be able to conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid developers.
- Have advanced knowledge of English (C1 level).
- Hold at least one of the following: Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Be ready to work US-aligned hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Polish time).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Salesforce packages.
- Identify and follow best practices for co-development environments, including code versioning, sharing, and management technologies and practices.
- Produce accurate and consistent comments and documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Follow Agile methodologies, including Scrum-based development and project lifecycles.
- Follow quality assurance protocols, including manual testing, peer and self-review, exhaustive test cases, and documentation for handoff to BA/QA.
- Confer with project managers, lead developers, and business analysts to obtain project requirements and specifications.
- Keep skills and expertise current with changes to platforms and technologies.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and develop modifications.
- Own tasks from start to finish and take initiative to complete tickets.
