Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.
- Have Salesforce experience and knowledge of its workflows and business processes.
- Be able to elicit, analyze, and formulate business requirements.
- Have experience delivering end-to-end projects and optimizing processes.
- Have experience with UAT and business deployment.
- Be able to model and design business processes.
- Know BPMN, UML, and JIRA.
- Have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary project teams.
- Be able to analyze problems independently and propose solutions.
- Have communicative English at B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Identify users’ business needs.
- Elicit, define, and document business requirements.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design and optimize business processes.
- Prepare user stories and create solution mockups and visual elements.
- Contribute to end-to-end project delivery.
- Support and coordinate UAT and business deployment.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, system analyst, developers, and testers.
- Work with project teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, mostly in two-week sprints.
