Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Have commercial experience in banking, investment banking, fintech or another financial-services environment.
- Bring strong requirements analysis and process-modelling skills.
- Have experience working closely with IT or engineering teams.
- Be able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Have experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have good English.
- Be able to work independently with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, delivery-ready requirements.
- Map processes and conduct gap analysis and impact assessment.
- Work with Product Owners, engineering teams, architects and business stakeholders.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and structured documentation.
- Analyse dependencies across systems, processes and teams.
- Support solution design and implementation decisions.
- Clarify requirements throughout delivery and support UAT or acceptance where required.
- Maintain alignment between business decisions, documentation and implementation.
