Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience working as a business analyst.
- Have experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems); this is a must-have.
- Have experience in a validated environment; pharma experience is preferred.
- Be familiar with Jira and Confluence.
- Have experience with Agile SDLC.
- Bring clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and persistence in finding solutions to issues.
- Life sciences experience in pharmaceuticals or CRO is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements for LIMS customization and configuration.
- Define integration requirements, including mapping specifications between source and target systems.
- Document process flows, data flows, and user requirements in regular sessions with business stakeholders.
- Review designs and approaches with the business before implementation and collect feedback.
- Demo the system to business stakeholders and document their feedback.
- Manage the backlog of requirements.
